What kind of artists will be performing?

Can I take photos and videos in the venue?
A
Taking videos is prohibited on B2/B3/B5 floors. Photography is allowed on all floors. Photos taken can be posted on SNS.

A

Does the “Full VR Ticket @VRChat” only allow me to enter the VRChat venue?
A
You can enjoy not only VRChat, but also virtual live viewing at DOOR and SPWN. If VRChat is not available, you can participate on other platforms.

Can I only enter the DOOR venue with the “Virtual Live Viewing Ticket @ DOOR”?
A
You can enjoy virtual live viewing on SPWN as well as DOOR. If your device is not stable enough to watch on DOOR, you can watch live on SPWN.

If I buy a “Virtual Live Viewing Ticket @ SPWN” ticket, can I enter the DOOR live viewing venue?
A
No. You can only watch on the SPWN feed. Please note that you can enter the free floors B1, B4, and B5 for both DOOR and VRChat.

I was unable to use VRChat or DOOR on my device. Will you be able to refund my ticket?
A
There are no refunds for tickets. Please check well in advance if it works on your device. Also, please use another viewing method such as SPWN.

I bought the wrong ticket. Is it possible to get a refund?
A
No, you cannot refund. Please make sure if the ticket is the one you want before you make a payment. Refunds will not be accepted in the event that you are unable to view the video due to problems with your viewing device, communication restrictions, or other reasons. Please understand beforehand.

Do I need a paid ticket to enter on all floors?
A
You can enter the entrance, B1, B4 and B5 free areas without a ticket, but you need to purchase a ticket to enter the B2 and B3 paid floors.

When will I receive the entry information?
A
In November, we will send information on a page with links to each venue, exclusively for ticket buyers. You will need to log in with your XMarket account from there.

How to link VRChat to XMarket

*The VRChat version of the ticket can only be entered with a VRChat account linked to XMarket at the time of ticket purchase.

*You can check the connection with your VRChat account from XMarket My Page.

*If you change the Display Name in VRChat after purchasing the ticket, it needs to be reflected in XMarket.

*Your information will be updated when you go to XMarket, log-in via VRChat or Re-link with VRChat in the “My account” ->”Link accounts”

Do I have to buy a VR device to use VRChat?

It depends on the device you use. For more details, please check the document which will be released later.

Can I use Mochipoly avatar right away if I just started VRChat?
A
VRChat has a restriction called “Trust Rankl” , which usually requires a certain amount of playing time and number of friends, But if you register a VRChat avatar via MakeAvatar, you can register your avatar regardless of your “Trust Rank”.

Do I need to buy a VR device to use DOOR?
A
DOOR can be accessed not only from VR devices (standalone VR such as PCVR and Oculus Quest), but also from browsers on PCs and smartphones without the need for dedicated applications.
*DOOR may not be displayed properly on some smartphone devices or environments. In that case, please view the distribution with SPWN included in your ticket.

On which floor will the live viewing be distributed?
A
B2 and B3 of VRChat, which are paid areas, will be broadcasted on DOOR and SPWN. B4, which is a free area, will be streamed on YouTube for free.

No, there is no archive for all delivery platforms. You can only watch in real time.

Where can I buy an outfit for my avatar “Mochipoly”?
A
You can use the “MakeAvatar” application to create your avatar “Mochipoly” , which can be used at the VRChat and DOOR venues. You can buy the Sanrio collaboration costumes for your avatar at the online store “XMarket” either individually or with the Avatar Full Bundle Costumes Ticket.

I want to use an avatar created by the smartphone application “MakeAvatar” on VRChat or DOOR.

You can link MakeAvatar with VRChat/DOOR where you have uploaded your avatar.As for VRChat, we will inform you as soon as it becomes available.

Do I have to enter the venue with my “Mochipoly” avatar?
A
At both VRChatDOOR venues, the B2 and B3 pay areas require you to enter with your Mochipoly avatar as a dress code, but you can enter the free area with any avatar you like.A Mochipoly pedestal (*1) will be available on B1 of the VRChat venue, so those who cannot prepare their own Mochipoly avatar can wear it from the pedestal and enter the paid area.
(*1) This is a function for changing avatars in the VRChat world that anyone can wear for free.

Will I be able to use “Mochipoly” after the event?

Yes, you can use “Mochipoly” in MakeAvatar after the event. You can continue to use it on other platforms such as VRChat and DOOR by connecting to the app.

Can I still buy Mochipoly’s Sanrio costume after the event?

The Sanrio costumes will continue to be available for purchase at XMarket after the event.
